Convert To Native

Use the Convert To Native dialog box to convert listen definitions to the Native type.

Listen definitions in error state

The listen definitions listed are those that have been detected in an error state.

This can be caused by native services binding to these ports.
For example if you have Microsoft's IIS server running on port 80 then KFSensor will not be able to bind its Sim Server on that port.

There are two choices on how to deal with this:

1. Disable the native services from running. This will then allow KFSensor to bind to the ports they were using. This process is part of locking down your system and is described in the Administraion Guide.
2. Leave the native services running and convert the listen definitions to Native. This will allow FSensor to monitor the activity of these existing services.

This dialog automates the process of converting the selected listen definitions to the Native type.
