Export Signatures

Use the Export Signatures dialog box to write signatures to a file.

Selection

• Selected Signature
  Only exports the selected signature
• All Visible Signatures
  Exports all signatures in the filtered list

Output Format

• KFSensor
  Exports the signatures in KFSensor format. This will be an XML file
• External (Snort)
  Exports the signatures in the format used by Snort
• To Screen
  This option is only enabled if the "Selected Signature" and the "External (Snort)" options are selected.
  If selected then the converted signature is displayed in an edit window allowing it to be copied into the clipboard
