The NetBIOS Name dialog box is used to edit names contained in the NBT Settings dialog.

Name
This is a 15 character uppercase name.
It is possible to enter any character by entering a % character followed by a two digit hex number.
Type
The sixteenth character of a NetBIOS name is used to indicate the type of service the name refers to. The type can be selected from this combo box.
Group
If checked then the name will be given the group property
